the mats for the glasses are the same as the regular head piece. at least i think mine req iron ingots and steel ingots as did the glasses but i think it might vary by class.

They didn't even add any little changes, that is a complete reskin of Kurzick 15k - and an ugly one at that.

It's armor, folks, not clothes you wear to go pick up chicks in a bar. It's designed to protect you while remaining distinctly recognizable by your battle comrades as you strike fear in the hearts of your enemy.

The armor appears to have a little Samurai influence:

There's no accounting for taste, I'm just glad there's more variety out there.

I'm actually surprised by the amount of people complaining. Yes, it's a reskin, and that's pretty disappointing, but I don't think the armour itself is that bad, it's not something I would personally buy, but it seems like a good alternative to the Kurzick armour, which in my opinion, doesn't look too great.

Why is it that everyone that recognizes the model used for an armor NEW SKIN calls it a reskin??? a reskin is a skin that uses parts from its old or original skin, so this my friends is not the case because the skin is totally NEW so not a reskin its a NEW skin using an older model.

a reskin is when you put a new skin on tope of an old model, so yes, they are reskins

Yes, this is a re-skin. A skin is a flat texture applied to a model, and the model used here is the old Kurzick one.

I don't have a warrior, but I can see that not many will be choosing this as their new armor.

heck, the Modders could have done better than this!

Jeez, if I knew Anet was gonna be this lazy, I would have done a callout for a design-an-armor competition. I've been very supportive of the game so far, I never even flamed the trial version of HoM, but this is just crap.
