Ebon Vanguard armour, and its a paragon btw not an elementalist :P
was hoping paragon sets they would them actualy look more tougher as they have same armour as warrior armour but they dont

Agreed...I actually think it is just some sort of joke. I mean, how the hell is that end game armor? They took random pieces from random sets, and used TexMod on em....
