How do you get the Rainbow Pheonix? i beat the game and have all the tapastries but its still doesn't spawn...

Winters day Moa
 ....Saw it in the Snowmen dungeon. Didn't have charm with me when I found it but its green, level 3 and I could kill it so I'm pretty sure its charmable. Will try later just to be sure. Its basicly a regular moa with bells around its neck (which you can actually hear very softly when it walks) and some rings around its legs. Anet sure loves their moa's |
