I found it grinding for azura faction killing krait...

i was shocked because it was r9 but i didnt see the 15-21

Don't feel bad I got a 13-18 damage req 8 off a baby raptor. Only good thing about it besides the skin was it came as 10% hsr and 19% enchants, perfect caster weapon.

lol Yeah I got r10 14-20 drop last week from a lv29 boss, a bit annoying really. Enough with high lv monsters that drop crappy none max stuff please.

Got a 15-22 one in Magus Stones. Req. 13, though... And we all know people don't buy Req. 13, so it's all but useless.

C'est la vie. I'mma keep it and put max mods on it for a Hero that I never use probably.

I dont mind req 13 at all, as long as it max and has inscription slot, that'll do me.
Any color as well, be it blue or purple. But nooooo, white none max FTW.

Lol. Yeah. It's a gold with inscription slot.

Tried selling it to people for about two hours.
Got a couple offers of "1k?" and "5k?"

I don't know how much it would go for, but I think my Hero having a weapon is worth more than 5k.

Ele swords? ....Dwarven Axes? .....Tribal Axes? ...So where do the Crystaline Swords drop?..... in my opinion i think its a bad move to get rid of rare items.

Got a max golden inscribable from a krait associated chest in Magus Stones as well, but since it was R13 I modded it into a fancy looking totem axe for my ele

Luck is relative ... I burned 2 stacks of lockpicks in The Desolation without getting one (or anything else valuable either)

Yeah most of the rare skin if not all are now drop in GW:EN, a guildy just got a purple crystaline & runic blade r10 with inscription drop the other day.

A guidlie got Dwarven axe drop, q9 max dmg in drakkar.
I got an Ele sword from reward chest is dragrimmar(again q9 max dmg)
It`s been reported Stygian reavers to drop it arkrime delves, and tribal axes all over the game.
Gloom shields drop in frostmaw`s and as far as i know purple Crytallines drops too.
Only thing i haven`t heard of beeing droped is magmas shield
