How or where do you receive the mission/quest to enter Minister Cho's Estate? I've done the noob quests with Togo up to the point where we get to the estate and that little area after the cutscene, but no idea as to how or where to get the quest to enter the estate itself. I read the walkthrough on this site, but it does not mention whom or how you get the quest/mission from to enter the Estate instance itself to do the mission. I've been jumping around from site to the next looking for information on this, but each one just says merely follow Togo through the estate, but none saying how to actually get in... lol I'm aware this is a very "noobish" question, but really, I'm at a lose at this point and don't know where else to turn.

hit enter mission in town there

There is an "Enter Mission" button on your party window. Form your party and hit the button to start the mission.

This is the only way to enter missions in Prophecies and Factions, unlike Nightfall, where you talk to an NPC to enter.
