when i did it with a guildie we could do it in under an hour, points varying from 4k (crap run) to 7k+ on great runs... got me to 85.5k pts easily didnt really feel like grind when was doing it either tbh

You got the friggin siege devourer!!

I reccomend you go to Sacnoth Valley. Go from Longeye, get the first siege devourer from across the river, then head south. This way youll avoid the easter approach to the Charr fortress (trust me, youll get decimated).

A siege devourer with 1 MM hero, cynn, herta, 2 monks is all you really need.

Grab another person to farm with, its WAY WAY more fun when you have 2-3 siege devourers.

Put on some nice music and blow up stuff!
