H/H smiting monk, died a couple of times, but that wurm ate a lot of balthazar auras/kirin's wraths/symbol of wraths

For what it is worth, I went with 2 Necros SS/SV and a motivation Paragon, and Lina/Mhenlo/Eve/Herta. I had no problems with any of my characters, and even if you end up at 60% DP, that only helps Spoil Victor.

It is not an easy mission, and everyone saying to flag your heroes apart in the final fight was what I did.

His Paragon has access to TNTF. His warrior does not, hence his warrior group took deaths.

Finding a PUG is never the answer to anything. It always works like this:

PUG < 1 good player + H/H < 1 player + hypothetical 7heroes < 2 good players + 6 heroes << 8 good players

If you can't solve it with H/H (and my sense is that you can, but still), try grabbing a guildie or two (more is of course better) and filling in with heroes as necessary. If you haven't got any guildies, try to find one other competent person.

I used Channeling Rt with shelter and 2 blood heroes.
Don't know what exact hench I used, two monks + W + ? I think.

The only thing I can really add is: speed buff. Take a speed buff to run the kegs, it makes it much easier. When I've done it without a buff, I get hit with pyroclastic shot 90% of the time = fail (because it causes you to drop the keg). When I do it with a speed buff, I have not been hit even once. If you don't have one in your primary class, go as secondary /D or /A or whatever has your speed buff of choice (I've done it as E/D and Rt/D, as well as with my warrior's own buff).

So quick summary:

1. Flag H/H apart.
2. Speed buff to run the kegs.
3. When the carapace goes down: Savannah Heat x 2 + Searing Heat x 2 + Spoil Victor x 2 = win, really fast. (or whatever similar skills your profession allows, along with your heroes...Cynn and Herta work well here too)

The recent barrel nerf which slows down how fast you can grab the next barrel makes Cyndar even worse.

So with an H&H team you will not have time to get three barrels and do much damage before he drops back down. To have any chance at all you need to use a team that can do the "ignores armor" types of damage and for get the barrels.

I think since they did what they did to the barrels they need to reverse the Hex nerfs it is only fair. Example; the poster above suggested Spoil Victor however it no longer works on Cyndar but they should make it work again.

I was referring to Spoil Victor after his carapace goes down. True, it no longer works like it used to while the carapace is up, but it does work when the carapace falls. Combined with the other skills I mentioned, Cyndr can be killed quickly (from full health) with H/H after his carapace goes down the first time and before he goes underground. If you happen not to kill him the first time, with a speed buff, you can drop three more kegs on him before his health regenerates much at all, and you can easily kill him the second time.

In all fairness, my warrior uses Dragon Slash with Save Yourselves! while Melonni throws out Dark Fury so I really didn't think the 35% reduction was necessary with the +100 AL.

If someone taught Goren how to carry a keg I would've been fine!

Blood Song, Agony, Vampirism, Summon Spirits

If all you have is Razah or Xandra then leave out Vamp and Summon Spirits.
If its your build, cast your spirits in the hall then run in, cast Summon Spirits, then move again. Rinse repeat if needed.
Dead in about 30 seconds or less from my experience. (All 10 of my characters used this tactic, except my Paragon I used barrels & TNTF.)

If you have Razah or Xandra send him /her off a bit to cast Blood Song and Agony then move him /her to the rest of the party.

I was the first one to solo Cyndr, at least recorded one (I am sure there was some other person who didn't report doing it). I am proud of that fact. Life steal works nicely, and constant degen. Too bad about the keg nerfs.
