Hopefully they'll add a PvP Polymock. And the new condition is stupid, don't worry about lengthening the time, unless you are up against a full Warrior party, it won't matter.

Meh - PvP is way too over-rated.

Once upon a time this game was named a PvP game; Guild Wars: Do you see any guild war in PvE? the name of this game is GvG (Guild versus Guild, or Guild Wars), and no new halls in an "expansion", do you get the point now?

For every tiny little intricate thing that ANet has done to the PvE in Eye of the North to make it fun and good, I cry a little more knowing they could have spent that effort fixing or improving PvP/GvG to make it fun to play again.

Considering Factions and Nightfall just added stuff that nobody liked, probably a good thing they didn't add anything new.

I duno i liked AB a lot. A more serious version could have existed if they let you team up in squads of 3. Hero battles was kinda meh...since youre by yourself and the meta is boring.
At the very least there should be new guild halls and RA/TA maps.

of course, i would venture to guess most people that bought gw was because they were looking for a cheaper alternative to other mmorpg out there

agreed, I did all the polymock quest and have all these pieces now I want to get some use out of them.
Only good that GW:EN is for pvp is the few new skills you can get otherwise nothing at all except trying to convert you to PvE

lol! AFAIK people normally convert to PvP, because PvP is endless and PvE isn't.

I don't know if anyone recalls, after the release of nightfall many PvPers were asking for less new stuff for fear of the introduction of more broken classes, skills, halls etc. But really, the expanision only brings skills to the table and most of them are only going to supplement existing bars at best if they get any play at all.
Now, it would have been nice to see more than this. Some new RA, TA areanas would have been nice and would not have impacted things in a negative way. It would also have been nice to drop the whole cracked armour condition and added some more worthwhile skills. The cracked armour condition is too dependent on having ways to apply it and take advanatge of it (unlike a blind for example which on its own is effective) and there are simply not many attractive ways to do that.
Anyway, maybe its too early to tell if some of these skills will start getting used. As for PvE, I grew to hate it but its mildly more tolerable in this expansion for nostaligic reasons of the setting.

Bingo!
This is why I laugh when PvE and PvP'er accuse the other of being favored -_-;;
At the same time as other posters have noted, a lot of the high end PvP'ers are probably happy nothing was added to PvP. There was a lot of crying about the changes brought about from Factions and Nightfall and it's debatable if the PvP community ever recovered.
A lot PvP'ers wish for the days of Prophecies without Imba Dervishes and the gayness Ritualists brought to the game :P. There's a reason I PvE more than PvP now
So yeah, even though I don't PvP much anymore, if I did, I'd actually be happier. This means the extra variables aren't introduced into the equation and throw things out of balance.
Well moreso than was already done...

As far as anyone knew, EoTN was supposed to be PVE only expansion.
That's not to say they won't add a secondary part to the content as they ALWAYS do. So give them 2 months and I bet we'll see more PVP even a little bit more PVE areas added too.
I wouldn't expect a whole lot as they are starting to work on GW2 in full force.
