In my honest opinion... eles have a really, really easy time in the Arena.
[skill]blinding surge[/skill][skill]lightning orb[/skill][skill]enervating charge[/skill][skill]air attunement[/skill][skill]glyph of lesser energy[/skill][skill]glyph of restoration[/skill] ... then Vampirism, for a small self-heal, but mostly to deal with Mhenlo, and Slippery Ground for the interruption.
Magni's no problem at all, just hit B-Surge again as soon as he Sigs.

Using a secondary profession is not the same thing as being a 55. Here, I'll give you a partial bar to work with:
[skill]Ignorance[/skill][skill]Price of Failure[/skill][skill]Enfeeble[/skill][skill]Insidious Parasite[/skill]
Those four skills should help quite a bit with the match, and that leaves you four more slots to fill with whatever skills you choose, including the Elite skill of your choice, to help deal with all the other combatants. I personally recommend something like Aura of the Lich (this may be the edge you need, seeing as you apparently tried with Enfeeble+Insidious already with no victory), Grenth's Balance, or Tainted Flesh. Sure, you are stuck with only Prophecies and Eye of the North skills, but don't let that stop you from using synergy to win.

Bison is quite easy, there are enough options on how to beat him.
Bad thing is 100gold price for attempt, which kinda proposes just using wiki build for assured victory (since it is silly to waste several k to get working build yoursefl.)

Wow, just wow.
I just wonder, what is that "pure necro" playstyle and how using skills from secondary spoils it.
ah, whatever.

This is what I used on my mesmer:
12+1+3 Domination Magic, 10+1 Inspiration Magic, 8+1 Fast Casting
[skill]Signet of Midnight[/skill][skill]Ignorance[/skill][skill]Spirit of Failure[/skill][skill]Empathy[/skill][skill]Diversion[/skill][skill]Ether Feast[/skill][skill]Backfire[/skill][skill]Leech Signet[/skill]
Keep up [wiki]Signet of Midnight[/wiki] and [wiki]Ignorance[/wiki] at all times. Use [wiki]Spirit of Failure[/wiki] for energy and [wiki]Empathy[/wiki] for damage. The last four skills are for help against others, especially casters, in the tournament.
He will have a constant 90%-92.5% chance to miss, and he should be done within a few minutes.

I didn't say using secondary prof skills ruined it, I just meant I want to play as a necro, not a prot spirit monk, whats the point of being a necro if you have to semi-55 the hard parts?

Wow...so you think the only time anyone uses a secondary skill is when they go 55? I'm amazed : /

I'm not a magic mana generating device The problem with casting ignorance every 11 seconds is the mana, that and the 15mana parasite+enfeeble+a regen spell just cost too much. Have you tried a necro build vs bison that didn't involve prot spirit? I just wannt beat this turd and get it over with, I'm calcifying from boredom.....is that a word?

I think you are missing the entire point.
In the Fighting Tournament and in Guild Wars on the whole.

Can somebody post me necro build? I tried lots and lots of ways, i allways kill few enemies...[/QUOTE]
I've killed him twice this build.
Spoil Victor
Life Siphon (used it for kiting if I had to run around-against Cynn, to get eng back)
Vampiric Touch
Vampiric Gaze
Vampiric Bite
Awaken the Blood
Protective Spirit
Healing Breeze
Blood 16
Healing 9
Protection 9
Cast Awaken the Blood first, then SV. When they get low enough to where SV isn't triggering anymore run in and touch them to death. You may have to piddle with it to get it working right since you don't know who you will be facing before him. But once you get to him do Awaken the Blood as usual, followed by LIFE SIPHON. This will work as a cover hex. After he does Bear Form cast SV then Protective Spirit. If you get low cast Healing Breeze and reapply SV when he removes it and keep up Protective Spirit. This worked for me so hope it works for you all as well. Good luck and enjoy!

He is a necro because he wants to play a necro. He doesn't want to be semi 55 with a monk skill.

Just did this build, worked liek a charm on my 2nd try though, gj. I gave in and used it with my necro, the lack of fast cast got me the first time through....believe it or not I was interupted by a pet XD

Ah, there we go. See, the problem with casting Ignorance every 11 seconds is that you don't need to cast it every 11 seconds. If you can make your build work with that kind of energy expenditure, then by all means, go right ahead. But truthfully, you only need to cast Ignorance in the following situation (though you may want to use it in other situations; I certainly did, but I had more energy management options to choose from):
Purge Signet is nearly recharged, bastard is hexed/conditioned up, your hexes/conditions are not quite yet done recharging yet. Put Ignorance on him, so that by the time he uses Purge Signet, you will be able to reapply the hexes/conditions and somewhat relax for another 15-odd seconds (factoring in casting time and whatnot, but only loosely, because I am too lazy and / or busy at the moment to bother with math ). As long as you time your casts around his Purge Signet recharges, it doesn't really matter if you keep him hexed 100% of the time. He'll die, eventually. Enfeeble has a relatively quick recharge, so you can probably reapply Weakness as soon as he removes it. Parasitic Bond might be an option, as it's a cheap, quick casting hex with a fast recharge and a nice effect when it ends. You can use it to "lure" his Purge Signets to help your timing more.
And yes, I've done it without Protective Spirit, with a build a Necromancer could easily use, albeit not using a Necromancer as a primary profession (deleted my PvE Necro long ago, you see). Diversion works pretty well at keeping Purge Signet out of the battle, if you want to give that a shot, and would also work well against all of the other combatants.
But hey, don't waste too much time on this guy. Go complete the rest of the preview! Unless you already have, and in that case... Good luck with whatever you decide to try next. For now, I've got to be off. New releases are always busy times around here, sadly.
