Someone says this when leaving Longeye's Ledge. My question is.. Who is saying it? Who is a whisper on the wind? |

I believe it is Vael. You will run into him soon enough.
 Who Vael really is, however, is open to speculation. |

hmm..if it is, wiki its missing a quote.
And if Vael isnt his real name..then what is? lol "How did i get the eyepatch?" Heys the one from cantha that had his eye plucked out by the Black Moa. Still, i want proof that he is the whisper in the wind. It also says it when you leave Grothmar heading into Uplands. So, it might not be Vael. Im confused. If you go out of Longeye's Ledge and look to the right, there is a path sloping up. Follow it up and you'll hear 3 whispers, at there top near the collector he will appear.
When he's appeeared and you've completed the Vanguard storyline (I think) You can find him in the middle of Grothmar Wardowns and he starts a line of quests.

Some people thinks it makes sense for Vael to be Captain Osric or whatever his name was. All the stuff Vael says would fit if Osric said them, provided you had played through Prophecies.
In Grothmar Wardowns, I believe he spawns in about 4 different locations, one of which is up on that hill by the entrance. |
