Sorry man, I can't see the details on your maps. You're gonna need to bump up the size so I can get a better look. When you're talking about .1% pieces, that makes it all the harder.

He's right. The maps you post need to be the same size as the U map image in the game - exactly.

So if you overlay them and switch back and forth between them, there should be no differences.

This is my third Grandmaster title and it was really easy compared to the others. Got 99,8% without looking at maps and the last 0,2% were only one spot.
I guess there is much less which you are unable to uncover because you can't reach the area. Guess we have to say thank you to Anet

(I'm happy i dont have to uncover the damn realm of torment)

Well im not really an explorer, so this is my first attemp, got 98.6% at my first try at title. Im a Skill and Unique Item hunter, so ya lol not used to exploring.

I will repost the shots.

Photobucket doesnt allow me to go bigger than 1024.768. I have a 19"LCD and the screenshots are 1280x1024 but photobucket makes it 800x600.

BTW thx Livingstone for your map, from what i could get im up 2 99.1%.........

But now im really stuck. Can i post it for you in 1024 x 768 ?

I hope people will realize that no one can help them if they submit a screencap of the "M" map. You need to take the time and "U" map Elona. Then we can see the tiniest details.

Can anyone tell me how I can explore the two areas shown below? Are these only available to characters started in Elona? I obviously been in the larger area once, but now I can't find a way in. Is there a quest that takes you there?

the only times i know how u get there are in the movie once u get to elona for the first time or the very beginning of a char creation

but there must be another way ... or an event sometime?

I'm trying to map Dynastic Tombs and so far i've been successful and ive been able to map all the areas except the upper right hand corner. Is there any easier way to do this or will i never be able to get 100% because of this little corner.

I give up. I'm only going to respond and help those who understand that you need to U MAP, not World (M) Map. Although, I could have fun by pointing out random spots on your map and make you go there in hopes that I'm right. =)

Please don't be a dick. You can check people's maps from the (M) Map, you simply use LuXa's method (also known as the difference method) as I describe very clearly in the OP.

I don't use this method myself, but from what I hear it is very effective in Elona.

Note: At this time, I won't be comparing people's maps myself as I am still working on gathering relevant information for the thread, and comparing maps is extremely time consuming. Silent Vex has been doing some comparisons, but at the moment there isn't much support for it. So most of you guys will be on your own for a time, and no amount of bumping your posts is going to change that. If you see someone posting results for map comparisons, thhat would be a good time to post your own, otherwise you should reserve this thread for asking specific questions in order to help yourself find the areas you may be missing.

By all accounts, this is the easiest of all exploration titles to get, so if you follow the suggestions in the OP you shouldn't have too many problems.
