I meant how can you easily see those spots on the map? Some of the spots you found was almost impossible for me to see the difference at-

And here are some commonly missed spots. I always double check all these spots when comparing a map because probably about 1/2 seem to miss them.
Livinston can we get this on page one. Would save a lot of time.

If you guys don't know already, I found the easy way to explore the Garden of Sebbelblekebblebleke.
1. enter the thirark orchard mission
2. turn around
3. glitch through the space between the guard on the left and the left wall. (you may need to make the guard face the right to get it to work [talk to him while on his right])
4. explore

Done.
Don't be too hurt though when 1/2 still miss these.

Though I have no problem with you posting about it on the thread, I won't put that on the front page as it is an exploit and I don't support exploits. Nice find though.

Hi all cheers for all the great work here and congrats to all those that have made it so far. I'm finally stumped at 99.8% so if anyone could work their magic I'd be greatly in debt to them. Here it is at 1024. Thanks in advance.

This is mentioned on guildwiki.net.
At the end of the garden mission, the guards from the stairs go to fight the creatures and leave the stairs open for you to walk up.
If you leave the winged creatures to fight the guards, you can then walk around the entire garden and the outside without any creatures at all to fight.
BTW:
Can someone please take a look at my map, because at 99.8% I have no ideas....
1024x768
I compared it to the OPers 100% map at resolution 1024x768.
Ive noticed that one spot, where a town is, warps when you compare it to the OP map.
Ive walked around it, but it doesnt look to be needed. I think its a glitch on map somehow or the location has moved.
Ive also noticed the 3 spots in and near the garden in the center.
Ive explored them, and they havent gone, so either they were missed on the map I compared it to, or again something is different.
Other then those 4 subtle differences, which havent added anything, or even changed, I cant find anywhere else.
As I said the last time, can you either msg me on here with the image, or email me at [email protected].
I dont check this too often.
Cheers

Actually I'm using both. Simply using photoshop doesn't mean I can stop looking.

Those were missed on the map you compared to. I've known about them for some time, and got them the other day. Just need to update my maps.
No time to check some maps this moment, later today for sure though.

I would add all portals between a explorable arean and another explorable area.. (those portals where there a no town or outpost) to commonly missed spots..
But a great with some commonly missed spots.. Helped me alot in cantha.. But cantha was also much harder to explore..

I will, but only because you used an upside down question mark. That's just flipping sweet (literally :P ).

Rob, can you just post some stitched U maps? I have a feeling you've got a bunch of tiny .05% chunks that I'm not seeing.
Everyone else, I haven't forgotten, I just don't have time to look at them this moment.

When you use the photoshop area and do difference, is there anything else you can do to bring up the spots more like changing the level or contrast?

I don't use the difference method, so I don't know. From what I can see, analyzing a difference map of elona is about 10x more difficult, 10x slower, and 10x less accurate than simply putting your map on the layer above a complete map and clicking it on and off. I can check out a whole map in about 5-7 minutes doing that.

Also, I've updated the .bmp maps, and I'll probably be making a new U map soon. My best guess puts me at 100.8-.9%.
\/ Cyan: 2-300%, any closer and you miss stuff.
