Talus Chute east wall (up to Icedome entrance) can be cleared.
This would probably get you to 100%.
Otherwise, Dunes bonus area is not clean, you missed the south west corner (enter the fort and explore).

i got it, i was reading one of your other threads about commonly missed places and saw that i had missed alot in Ruins of Surmia. Thanks alot for help. And boy is that last 2% a complete pain in ass.

Can someone tell me how to map the NW coast of Hell's Precipice? I have seen it clear on many 100% maps, but it is pretty foggy on mine. I've mapped the southern coast and back-tracked after the cut scene. I am suffering through the 98 percents after having gleaned lots of great tips from this thread. Thanks for the help.

Also remember you can walk in the water in the western part of Hell's.
There are 100% maps in the post for compares (the ones in #4 are even better).
The missing areas might help you get to 100%.

um i got a query not a map, im on 92.5% so a way off yet, but there this little island off sancrum key misson, its a fair way out, and ive seen in soem pics dat its been descovered, i think it use to b the home of the guild halls. but how do i unmark it?. its west of sancrum key and below LA

I've attached your map. I could not make a 100% compare, since your screenshot has an odd resolution and I had to resize one of my maps.
If you don't get to 100%, could you add a map with a hight of 768 or 1024 pixels?

You can't reach that area anymore, afaik.
And you don't need it for 100% exploration.
