When submitting your pictures, please create the screenshot 5 seconds after opening the map window. The 5 seconds start the moment you hit M and see the map (so unzooming is like 1 second or something).
I want to see if having the clouds in the same spot will assist me or not. If it does, it will make it supremely easy to detect areas that need to be uncovered.
You can use any size you want.
[EDIT: Woohah! First post of page 100!]

Should I redo the screenshot I provided on the previous page or is that ok? I think I waited a short while before the screen dump so hopefully its ok..

silara_jorinset: Your map is cut off on the sides.
[EDIT: actually, looking at the next picture, guess it's just the nature of the resolution.. hold on]

Hey, could someone analyze my map for me, I know I have a ways to go, but a photoshop difference would help.

hudahalamei: take another screenshot (5 seconds after hitting M) with SHIFT held down as you hit printscreen.
Since you're so close, those town markers CAN skew the results.

- Start with these areas and then come back for more if you don't have 100%.
- THANK YOU! Your map helped me uncover two small spots in Thirsty River (which I have no clue how I missed since it's an outpost!)

Sorry I was away in Elona last few days, and busy until tomorrow... Will be back then with more map help
Here is my 100% map at 1280x1024 (resizing never as good) I do have a few small spots yet I believe, but you'll know on comparison who's they are.
of note: no arenas on mine so almost perfect

silara_jorinset: all the areas surrounded by a red box are areas that cause a 'twinkle' when compared to my map.
A 'twinkle' indicates a difference of some kind. Uncover the larger areas and then come back for the smaller ones if you still don't have 100%.

98.8% here
Wow, the last few % is about 10 times harder than the full 95% or so. So heres some advice, whether it helps or not.
-Just go into every town and explore the edges. You might be missing more in towns than the wilderness.
-Explore the shorelines... its hard to tell when you havent explored the water areas or not.
Ehh thats all i can think of. Other than that, u better be walking on the walls if u wanna get 100%.

Silara, when using the "difference" method, the areas that still need to be uncovered show up as white or lighter areas. So, when looking at your map, it's not the entire area in the box, but the light areas that are in them.
