Hello, I just recently made a Dervish character and made level 5. I want Assassin to be my secondary profession, but I have no clue how to get to the Shing Jea Monastery from Kaineng center. And yes, I have Faction.

easy, just exit Kaineng, walk thru Bukdek toward south and enter Marketplace.
From there, exit to the docks and talk to the NPC in there.
You'll end up in Seitung Harbor, walk thru Saoshang Trail ( very very short walk) Monastery is at the end of that path

Ok, thanks for the help but now arisen a new problem :/ How do I actually TAKE assassin as my secondary? :P It's saying I'm not a canthan and can't learn :'(

in Cantha, you need to beat the first missions to reach Senji's Corner outpost.
(after Nah Pui quarter mission)
in Elona, if i remember correctly, you must have access to the Command Post

Changing to each new secondary profession for the first time costs 500 Gold, unless you have already unlocked it previously with the corresponding Prophecies quest (see above). Changing back to a secondary profession your character has already unlocked previously is free.

You can change to any unlocked secondary in any town or outpost using the skills menu. You can unlock the professions in The Command Post, with Zuwarah after completing the primary quest Building the Base: Prisoners of War. Changing to each new secondary profession for the first time costs 500 Gold. Changing back to a secondary profession your character has already unlocked previously is free.

Sorry if I'm not exactly getting it but where are the first mission? I just don't like the Cantha country so I'm SO unfamiliar with it :/

since your char isnt Canthan, you dont have to complete the missions from Shing Jea island (only optional for titles)

So your first mission is Vizunah Square
