If SS isn't clear enough, then I was merrily (don't ask about dp :P) doing Secret Lair of the Snowman in HM for the sake of delver farming, and Freezie (the boss) dropped a Passage scroll to the Underworld.
I didn't see anything about this in wiki, including talk pages.
