Hell's Precipice help...
Basically, me and my girlfriend FINALLY got here after tough missions and not playing it for months (due to circumstances beyond our control)
We got beat once in 10 minutes (before the portal wrath bit) when we aggro'd (by accident) one too many mobs.
We are using 3 henchs and 3 heroes along with me and her and we ended up getting beat at rurik unfortunatly so basically, can anyone recommend heroes to use along with a build (or not even a build, just a few recommended skills/styles for them to use ie, should I bring a hex mesmer or an interupting mesmer)
oh and ONLY Nightfall heroes, we just got masters of whispers but if we have to play through more of nightfall to get heroes we haven't unlocked, that is no problem, but we aren't playing GW:EN til after we complete the prophecies storyline (although we did go there JUST to get Gwen/Vekk/Odgen)
And just so people know, I'm a Warrior and she is a Elementilist
Oh a similer note, I was soooo close to getting the hundred blades spell for my character ;-; since only heroes can use the one I unlocked with balth factions ;_____;

use a bow to pull mobs and stay way back. Interupts are good for the 2nd form of titan, but anti-melee is the best for the other 2 forms. Anti-spell caster for sparks of the titans.
pretty much just carefull agro, and some anti-spell (maybe BHA ranger or int-mesmer) and some anti-melee (recomend a necro, they rock with ss)

I know what WoH means (word of healing right?) but what does SV/SS necro means? I know well of blood is most likely a move like BHA but I dont know what SV/SS stands for
and I have two necros (Olias and Masters of Whispers) who I could use >_>

You'd need to use both necros, as both skills are elite.

as long as I beat the mission, I don't care XD >_>
oh and I am using a longbow for luring enemies away so all I need is the right builds for my heroes
I also might get my girlfriend to use Vekk or Zhed since she is an ele and will have water magic that can be put on one of them, and then have either healer/protection hench or heroes that can heal/protect

Using [mantra of flame] is an effective way to increase Defense and energy if you can spare a skill slot. Even at 0 spec, it's not bad (30 seconds of 25% damage reduction of fire damage and +2 energy if you get hit by said damage), and most builds have 1-10 points floating around to work with.

Yes, careful pulling is key in that area between the Armageddon Lords and the Portal Wraiths.
When fighting, go straight (or lock an interrupt hero) for the Spark of the Titans imps. Also, the titans spawn other titans when killed, so you have to kill one and all its spawns so as to avoid getting overwhelmed. Burning Titan -> Risen Ashen Hulk -> Hand and Fist of the Titans.
Alternatively, you can avoid most groups, hug the left wall and head for the leftmost portal first. To the left of the portal is a beach, you can go to that area after running past the Wraiths, rest and regen, then go pull.
You can then use the beach/shoreline to go near the second portal without aggroing the patrols, and lure the wraiths once more.
Doing the third portal varies from experience, but what I do is run back to the starting area near the Armageddon Lords and go in a straight line parallel to the path. You can avoid most mobs this way. There will then be a path going upwards, run to it, ignore mobs as they'll go back to their original patrol area. Once again, you can pull any mobs plus the wraiths to their demise.
Since after the cut scene you'll be teleported into the Rurik encounter, this dodge-and-weave approach makes sense if you want to save time. If you need to cap an elite from the bosses though, you're welcome to lay waste to the general titan population
With careful luring, you can pull / isolate Rurik from his Spark and Titan companions. Or you can keep him busy (a protted warrior) while your other companions take out the Sparks and Titans.
For the last encounter, remember to kill the Lich at the center of the Bloodstone. Flag your heroes to the center so that if they get banished, they'll rush back to the flag. Also if you do get banished, the heroes won't follow you into the lava.

Tbh, besides the titans, the only bit i am really worried about is getting lich to the center of the bloodstone (that and trying to kill the titans that are with him without interference from lich)

The Lich will always walk and position himself to the center of the circle. So, you don't have to worry about it because only you and ur gf are playing. And ur characters are good combination for this mission. If you gf has [skill]Ward Against Harm[/skill], she should bring it coz it will be a great help against titans.
tox_169 suggested that you should flag ur hench and I strongly agree.
my common party is composed of me (Warrior, Ranger or Monk) and Vekk for Ward Against Harm, Ogden, Lina and Menlo (I only use Ogden if im playing monk), Devona, Thom and Aidan.
I think the only difficult portion is in the portal area. if you notice, there are Hands of Titans that spawn from the Lava area, I suggest that you kill them all first before dealing with the patrols then the Wraith.
Having 3 monks is not necessary but it will guarantee you a no-death game. If your Ogden does not have a good skills, better use Lina and Menlo and if you treat them well, they'll serve you well (check if party is at full health before getting into next group, etc).

Honestly, this key to this mission is taking your time, and carefully pulling mobs one at a time. People get thrashed by trying to take on more than they can kill/outheal.
