Well the (trick) as you call it is quite simple really
As you await the (pvp)to start all you do is press F12 and hit enter
it takes you out of the game then wait a few mins log back on and you have missed the pvp section and are doing the little misssion to leave pre-sear
Hope this helps you in the future

or make sure you don't leave at level 2 or something. Wait until you've done all the quests and are something like level 6 or 7 at least

Hmm, if you're getting owned at that little pvp area, maybe rethink your skill selection? It's not a knock, my first toon I left presear as a level 4 ele/ranger with a sword and shield cause I had no clue. Make sure you have some sort of a self heal, either monk secondary or heal sig or whatever you can get in pre.

it's weird, i've never died doing this before, but all of a sudden when i really don't want to die, I do! i usually just take them head on and some how win....but lately i've been getting ganged on by all 4 even if i don't attack first. it's quite annoying really lol it's like they sense i don't want to die!

Good Level to leave Pre Solo?
I am wondering what a good level range is to leave Pre and still be able to solo in Post?
Depending on skills of course, would a Level 9 N/E be sufficient to solo in Post immediately after leaving Pre? ..and forgive me if this post is in the wrong forum

Yeah you should have no problems, in fact level 9 was always when I would go Post, though not made a Prophs char in some time.

You really are not meant to solo Post, a full team is fairly nessecary in most post areas, unless farming (but don't worry about that)

Yes. If you want to get from pre to post without dying check out the wiki on Legendary Survivor title.
I did it on my LS and it works. simply log out as mentioned above and then wait a few minutes or an hour and then simply log back in. Your toon will be with Prince Rurik or in ascalon depending on how long you wait.

Fastest way to 100K in Presearing?
I was just thinking what is the fastest way to 100K in Presearing.
I know that you can act as a merchant but that can get boring. My mind then turned to Killing Charr Bosses and that is a crap shoot.
So finally my mind went to Hunter's Ale.
Is it possible to get 100K in a reasonable amount of time collecting hunter's ale?
If 2 people ran together and got 1 ale each for the first bear and then again for the second (that is 4 ales) and one ale for the next 3 bears (3 more ales)one one person gets an ale and finally 1 ale each for the last bear (2 ales) that would be 9 hunters ales in total.
Is it possible to do a complete run in 5 minutes? That is to say one person getting 6 ales and the other person 3 ales in 5 minutes.
Has anyone tried this?
I calculated that if you can do 10 runs in an hour or a little over 5 minutes a run you will get 90 ales. So 9000 gold or 4500 gold per person per hour. If trust was not an issue since I would be the person getting 3 ales and the ill gotten booty was split 50/50 then I could get 100K 23 hours. Since I play 4 hours a night that would take me a week give or take.
I am almost lvl 17 war so running and staying alive through the mobs is not a prob.
In actual fact this is 2 people getting 100K at the same time.
Is there a faster way to 100K in pre?

Rats. The link that you have up is blocked for me. I am at work so i can not see the post. Presearing is blocked and so is the wiki that is what I am here posting in this community.
Can you give me the jist of it?
How does trading for post to pre help me?
Is it like if you give me 10K in pre I will give you 15K in post?
Lots of trust involved there. Scam city is where my first thoughts go to.
If that is so then it really is not making money in pre it is just converting money that I have to get in post and bringing it to pre. Sounds complicated and conveluted.

Just so you know, the bear thing can get people 12 ales, when 2 people do it, not 9. It just takes time due to clearing out the way to the bears, one person going back to start the timer, than one person who kills the bear running back.
Once both people are at the hunters, collect your ale. And, it is 6 ales per person, which gets them 600g per run through your method.
Only other method that I can think of would be running as a Gate monkey for a million billion times. Both take a long time, probably just as fast (doing gate monkey takes less time than killing 6 bears, with all those mobs, so the money you gain nets to about the same if constant).

While killing mobs sounds good it takes time. If we collect 2 ales each from the first 2 bears that is 4 ales. then one person runs as the other person tries to start the challenge over again. By the time the challenge starts I should be at the third bear. This eliminated the need to kill everything and waist time. After I kill the bear the other person grabs the ale and tries to start the challenge over again. repeat this 2 more times and that is 3 ale more.
From there on the LAst bear I kill it and run back to the hunters and we collect the final ale and resign.
So that total is 3 ales for me and 6 ales for the other person or 9 ales total. It will take at least 3 minutes or more to kill all of the baddies and then run back waisting precious time. The drops are not good at all compared to the northlands.
So it is only 9 ales not 12

Maybe something fun to achieve I dunno.
Quickest way is to wait for an event(halloween) that makes monsters drop sweets/alcohol/party items and farm your ass off, that'll get you 100k in no time (sweets = 150-200/point, alcohol=100 and party points can go up to 250-300g)

Quickest way, period. Went AFK for 1/2 the Dragon Festival, opened all the presents, and sold everything i could. During Gaile's going away part, I farmed all weekend, attended the events, made 100k plus in one weekend. Payed for my Primeval armor +runes, and then some

Dumb question here, but as there's no storage in pre, or any way to hold more than 100k, what the heck do you do once you have 100k? Buy some crap? Cause you can no longer merch stuff or pick up items or accept quest rewards or anything.
