Sparkfly Swamp
Quest: Frogstomp
You have to kill 3 groups of frog thingies, im not sure if more spawn or what but if they do that would be great for clearing that area out with more frogs to kill for asura points

Umm... what are you getting at here?
Are you suggesting that there be more frog groups for easy point grinding?
Plus, I think people who have not yet been to that area of GWEN would apreciate more explaination than "Frog Thingies I wish there were more for asura points"
Maybe you could explain what you're trying to say a little more clearly?

Yes the frogs are called "Agari" the quest Frogstomp is to elimate 3 groups which I think are 3 extra groups that spawn in that map. So when vaniqushing you get a little more to farm off of at Sparkfly Swamp, outside the outspot of Gadd's Encampent, in Asuran Lands.

Actually, I think an even easier place to farm Asura points might be the cave full of Raptor Spawn outside of Rata Sum. There's at least 30 of them if not more, they're all level 15, die quickly, and they're easy to reach. There's a single boss in there (Broodmother) that can be avoided if necessary. Leave Rata Sum, accept bounty, run to cave, slaughter baby Raptors, return to Rata Sum, repeat until nauseous.

Because of the cumulative nature of hunt bonuses in GW:EN it is more efficient to clear an entire area once than repeatedly kill a nearby mob and respawn. You might acquire about 1k points per hour by raiding that raptor nest whereas if you use that hour to 'vanquish' one of the explorables you'll be getting 2-4k points. Use a team build that has enough killing power and doesn't run out of steam and choose your path so that you can both 'chain' the kills (should you get a rampage bonus) and check all the resurrection shrines along the way.

Or are you talking about the reputation tracks? If so, start by running through the game, filling a normal quest book. Use the book to raise your Ebon track.
You can farm norn points by repeating the Path to Revelations quest. http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/The_Path_to_Revelations
Asuran points can be gained farming raptors and Broodmother
Dungeons are probably best for Dwarven
Books are probably best for Ebon.

does this mean it won't work anymore? as for the books, how long does it take to full a book? all pages etc

If you've already accepted the quest reward for Path to Revelations, you can't farm the bosses. You'll have to find someone who has the quest active in that case.

However long it takes you to finish the quests to fill your book, that's how long it'll take. Some people can do it considerably faster than others.

Yeah I haven't finished the quest or even accepted the reward.
and the quest book, can it only be done once? since the quests are once only right? but the dungeon is unlimited?

Hmmm, I haven't done the quest since Aug. 25, but in most cases, you can abandon a quest before accepting a reward, then redo the quest. If this is a "bug," then all those SS/LB wurm farmers better take note! Best I can tell without testing it myself is that it is not enough to just rezone, you need to actually abandon and retake the quest.
And, after turning in a book, talk to the NPC again to get a new book. You can then do the missions again and turn in the new book. Keep in ming, that after rank 8, you have to turn in hard-mode books.

Both the storyline quests and dungeon quests are repeatable in EotN. As mentioned, you can get a new book from the NPC you turn the book in to, and at rank 8 you must turn in HM books. Tip: turn in a full book just before you reach rank 8.

Nothing, tra la la?

You can do the quests/books over and over in normal and/or hardmode.
You can get the quests again by talking to the scrying pool in the Hall of Monuments if I remember correctly.

...and the handbook goes to...
ok, so before the last update ( aka the ursan nerf ) it was common to give your book to the asura guy because it was easy to raise your norn title in the popular run. dwarven title is raised easy enough doing dungeons.
what do you think is the best title to raise using the book now, after the update and does it change according to your profession ( warriors give it to norn guy and spellcasters to asura guy ) ? does anyone think that the ebon title is worth raising with a book ?

Personally I'd give the books to the Vanguard just because all the other titles can easily be gained doing other relatively simple runs (the Norn run still exists, you just don't see Ursan spammers asking for it), while the Vanguard run takes you through multiple zones and a pretty long walk if I remember correctly.
Assassin Support, Battle Standard of Honor, Battle Standard of Wisdom, Ebon Escape for scammers....so yeah, I think Vanguard is one of the better ones.
