Vael broken?
I was doing the quest Failure to Communicate when Vael decided to appear in the quest area. But I had no chance to talk to him as I got aggro from the chain-ressing Charr boss pack and wiped before I could talk to him.
So I zoned out being that if I couldn't do it on 0% DP, I'd have no chance at -15-45% and tried again. Finished the quest that time, but not once did I get any of those random messages nor was Vael where I saw him last. Any ideas? I've already finished the primary quests, but I still can't get him to appear again. |

If I am not mistaken he randomly appears, and has quest relating to him you can get from other people.

Yes he randomly appears in the charr areas, he's irrelevant to the quests you do he's just an extra person who can be a little bit of a help. If you really want him involved you can zone in and out till he appears.

yeah, vael just appears to lend a hand sometimes. Nothing unusual

may i point out that Vael can appear on other places as well

How do I get Vael to give me his quests?
I've finished EoTN and went back to get all the EoTN skills. I need him to give me "Be Very, Very Queit" quest but He now shows up on next map near Doomlore Shire but he gives no quests?
Thoughts? |

If you have not done his first quest, then you can find him near the middle of the map above.
The showing up that you have is one of his random appearances, not for the quests. |
