1.- When you start, wait for all the margonites to get on the center so you don't grab more aggro from their allies (happens when their allies are too close so they can heal).
2.- Nuke the hell out of them, standing close to the center so you recapture center shrine.
3.- Repeat with the next wave.
4.- Pick a rift.
5.- Repeat 2. Yes, also stand in capturable range while you nuke stuff. Ignore Blasphemy if it spawns in the rift you picked.
6.- Return to center shrine and fully recapture it by killing the Blasphemy and it's spawns.
7.- Repeat 4, 5 and 6 as necessary.
8.- ???
9.- PROFIT!!!
Having at least rank 2 Lightbringer helps because of Lightbringer's Gaze. There are lots of farmable djinns outside Dzagonur Bastion and all down to Honur Hill with a bounty outside of Dzagonur.
Helpful stuff includes bringing someone with Revealed and Inspired Hex to remove the hex cast by The Blasphemy that will make you take crazy damage; killing Torment Claws first and never being in melee range of one; big DPS providers (mostly nukers in NM), Light of Deliverance on Tahlkora to help with the pressure and spells that quickly exploit corpses (so I'd say bring a necro with revealed and Inspired Hex and some wells).
No minions IMO because they attack the Blasphemy and make it spawsn appear.

Having a player-sin really makes short work of this mission. Have the MM float near the center, let everyone else deal with the attackers, and let the sin go after the enemy backline.

All you need is to immediately head for the altar and defend it. Don't move untill all incoming enemies are dead. When they stop then go for one rift at a time then return to the altar and repeat. I never suggest people what heroes/henchmen to use because I presume that all of you have well balanced parties. Take two melee characters, two healers, two spell casters and two ranged characters like rangers or paragons.

Not only do you want AoE damage, you also want to bring some interrupts to interrupt the Torment claws.
That and coordinate with your mates so that you guys don't split off either to the wrong point or to the center.
