Yea... sadly those things are EVIL. Especially when you have a monk boss too(luckily the boss doesn't have Aura of Faith).
My suggestion as long as you're not dying is to bring Ebon Vanguard Sniper Support. If you get lucky with it it can take down one monk in one hit, but it can take a couple shots before you do. Also, I found that massive conditions can help with taking them down. I ran an R/Me with Apply Poison, Broad Head Arrow, and Epidemic and that seemed to work quite nicely.

shut down,shut down,shut down.
Use heavy KD's,heavy rupts,spike-ish damage(sniper support would be nice if you dont mind spending 4 mins on each heavy heal group).

I did the northern shiverpeaks after the aura buff, and I did have to change my team a bit, but once I did, it worked fine. I brought an mm and n/rt healer like I often do, but I brought a vor shutdown mesmer as my third hero. For myself, a derv, I brought a build with aura of holy might and asuran scan, and spammed eremite's, mystic sweep, and protector's strike in sequence for a quick spike, using the buffed zealous vow for e-management. The dps of the build helped greatly, if you have a low dps class though I don't think this set-up would work for you, but I'd still bring some variation on the mes.

Best thing I can suggest
BHA Ranger with a Condition Spreader Mesmer. (BHA+Extend Conditions should help big time)
Along with that, a MM so the minions spread out and you can cover all of the healers.
With the Mesmer, I suggest adding Backfire, Empathy, and Diversion, to help with shutting down the builds. Also, a enchantment strip would be good.
Edit: since your a monk, perhaps bringing Signet of Judgement to help with kd'ing some of the monks.

SP's have no form of Hex removal and maybe mass interupts, if you have a good mesmer hero and if your good at micro it should be easy enough
I just brought 3 SF nukers with me seemed to get the job done

They have no hex removal and their only heals are healing breeze and vigorous spirit. Either you can just overwhelm their feeble healing, like Expherious did, or bring a shutdown mesmer (with Backfire, Visions of regret, Powerlock, Powerleak, Diversion, Drain enchant, Mirror of disenchantment, and Empathy or Complicate for good measure).
Or a necro with Well of the Profane - all their heals are enchantments, after all.

I suggest you should try changing your target after an enchantment is cast on your target. This will confuse the Protectors and drain their energy. They tend to cast enchantment each time you hit a new target. After a few targets you will find the protectors started to be a bit tardy in healing others, then concentrate on a single warrior or ranger and kill them one at a time. Ursan is still worth taking as I just vanquished the area 2 weeks ago with 3 necros setup. By the way I started from Temple of Ages with 8 H/H setup and vanquished all areas from there to Old Ascalon regions in 7 hours straight (hard grind).
I encountered similar annoyance with the protectors as they were slowing me down, but I wasn't going to start all over from ToA again to change the team setup. Luckily the technique worked for me quite nicely.

I think part of your problem might be having two healers in Livia and Alesia. I haven't done it with a monk - just my mesmer - but when I did I took Dunkoro with hybrid, Jin with BHA, Olias with MM and Aegis, and then Stefan and Little Thom. The damage change between one healer and two is incredible, and since you're a monk, you could do all the heals and prots while maybe throwing out a Vanguard Assassin or two.
Love the name BTW.

I had to disable from condition causing spells. Their Mend Ailment combined with Aura of Faith can heal a ton when they have 2 or more conditions. Since I had Olias set as a Discord/MM; he was useless. I was set up as Enfeeble, Stoning, Shockwave. Did a decent spike when they didn't have Aura of Faith up. If I were to re-run this zone; I'd go with a snare/nuke type build. I'd also drop the MM for a mesmer.
Someone mentioned switching targets every so often. I felt that helped. Good luck.

Perhaps Scourge Healing and Scourge Enchantment would help, especially if they have no hex removal.

Try to switch targets so you're not attacking the enchanted ones.

Tried running only 1, kept getting wiped. And monking myself is not an option since the h/h will just go after random targets instead of spiking 1.
Anyway managed to vanquish Deldrimor Bowl with that build up there, a bit slow tho 1h17.
Had to flag the hench back, run in, snipe and hope for a headshot, run back, repeat, etc..

Can't remember everything, the team I used revolved around a Dark Apostasy(kills Aura and HB), Barbs and MoP Nec, and a DB sin with Shroud, but that was overkill. Should've gone with an MM. Still, Dark Apostasy rapes them almost as much as the Shiroken in Raisu.

Did Deldrimore bowl and Anvil rock with my Guildie just this weekend and yeah its a bitch. The worst bit of all is just South of Ice Tooth Cave, there are a couple of warriors a few archers 3 monks and a monk boss in one un-splittable mob. Urgh.
Our solution, after a few goes, involved 3 discord spamming minion masters, myself as a Lyssa D/N (yes weird I know) with AoE hexes and conditions to support discord spamming, technobabble for AoE dazed and Defile flesh for 2/3 healing. The other human was hybrid mesmer with lots of shutdown and interrupts and took dunk as a healer with a couple of mesmer interrupts on his bar. We wiped a couple of times, but took down the healers one by one and eventually the group folded.
Aside from the skills setup two things that help us a lot were, pulling with a bow and stringing them out over a wide area, and keeping up the battle for as long as possible. After 4-5 minutes fighting all their monks are running low on energy, so if you can keep your team together this long that's when you need to start calling timed spikes on individual monks to take em down.
If it's really proving very hard for you, go from Temple of ages with an 8 man and take a couple of BHA/epidemic rangers with you. That will properly screw those healers
