Ok, how am i supposed to get to 300 sunspear points to attain the second spear title in istan if i run out of quests that GIVE sunspear points? Am i missing something?

Talk to the scouts out the ressurection shrines, they will give you a bounty that awards you with points for each monster of the appropriate type you slay.

According the wiki, the scouts on Istan will take your character level into account when giving out the bounties. So theoretically, if you were really leveled up you might not to be able to get them.

You may be missing something. There should be a quest to take a second profession which gives points and also gives you following quests that get into missions and lots of points.

Check around all the people in the towns to see if any have a little green light over them to.

The above suggestions will get the points needed to get the promotions but will stop after you reach a certain rank...think its Captain.

In Zehlon Reach outside The Astralarium there is a village in the explorable area....there are a lot of quests there. Unless you get out and explore the area you will miss it.The village is not a town or outpost...it's explorable.

There are still bounties you can get on istan. Try the ones outside the higher level areas where you can have 8 party members. I have this issue every time I start a char in nf, it's annoying but quickly solved.
