okay so im just going to start from the beginning.
i farmed and eventually reached 250 supurb charr carvings to get

mask of the mo zing

:P.
anyways it said i can get him from vael, which according to wiki is:
"As a collector behind the resurrection shrine exiting Longeye's Ledge, after completing Single Ugly Grawl Seeks Same for Mindless Destruction in Ascalon."

so i go to the starting point of that quest and realize i cant get it, so i do the same thing with the other quests until i get to "Assault on the Stronghold" which i know i already did but did again just to make sure.
after which its suppost to spawn me in for the next quest "Be Very, Very Quiet..." well... vael never popped to give me the quest, and i figured 'maybe i did it' so i checked the reward, and it says i get "Ebon Battle Standard of Courage" skill... which i checked my skills for and didnt find.
anyclues on what to do? because im lost...

I believe you must do the two quest from Vael

Be Very, Very Quiet...
Single Ugly Grawl Seeks Same for Mindless Destruction in Ascalon

You may also have to do the quest from Captain Langmar that Vael is involved in

Plan A
Forbidden Fruit

Vael has different spawn points in Grothmar Wardowns, when I need him I zone to Grothmar Wardowns and head toward Seer Fiercereign, if Vael has not popped up by the time I get to him then I rezone and do it again. Just keep zoning in an out and he should show up.

yes i have read up on the quests, and i cant start Plan A or Forbidden Fruit until i done "Be Very, Very Quiet..."

im going to try the "I zone to Grothmar Wardowns and head toward Seer Fiercereign, if Vael has not popped up by the time I get to him then I rezone and do it again. Just keep zoning in an out and he should show up." method, hopefully it will work. il keep you posted

Hope it works for you. I am yet to finish all the quest and will probably never do them because the mask would look horrible on my character. So for me not having him as a collector really doesn't matter. One thing you may want to do before finishing all the quest is to vanquish this area, having him show up as an ally helps. Even though this area is a pretty easy vanquish and you do not really need him it never hurts to have an extra meat shield. Just some food for thought.

guiess i half to keep on doing every quest in this area till maybe one time it will allow me to get it.. (sadly that is the one main quest that allows me to do all the others).... lol.
and yeah i still need to do that, and true about not needing him.
