I know I must sound like a newbie but I cant find Nika for the Closer to the Stars Quest... can anyone help?

Be more specific. Is she just not where she is supposed to be or is there something else? Have you checked that you've done all the prerequisite quests, etc?

Make sure that you have the quest selected in your quest log, it sounds like you aren't seeing the green marker.
