I recently started Nightfall to get my heros and I wanted to do a fun campaign. Back in the day when GW barely came out I did that campaign and loved it. How do I get back to it? I am only lvl 7

Once you progress in the storyline you will be able to take the quest Terror in Tyria to reach Lion's Arch.

Alternatively, you can receive a "ferry" there from players in Consulate Docks. You can get ferried to Consulate Docks from Kamadan, simply post LF Ferry.

Say that in the trade channel? And thanks how much farther is it past the primary quest where I gotta get 12 or second spear?

Level 7 is a bit low to be traveling to Prophecies. You will enter the storyline at Lion's Arch, where all the foes will be around level 12-15, not starting at Ascalon City with level 3-4 foes.

I suggest you continue the Nightfall story line for now. When the time is right, you will receive a box on the screen whenever you enter Kamadan telling you who to see to unlock travel to other campaigns.
