Just need some help on it, info on how to beat it, skill recommendations, hero recommendations, etc.

9 command
0 motivation
16 Leadership
0 in all warrior Attributes

Just, any recomendation for skills to bring for me, and my heroes(Have Pretty much all nightfall heroes, Save for Goren, Margrid, Razah, and Sousuke)

Wiki is your friend hope this helps, I don't really remember what I did when I did this mission with my P/W but I know its not really too hard like anything else in GuildWars if you take it slow.

id say take your time. a heros to stand toe to toe with shiro probabaly koss with wild strike and the rest ranged space your heros out when you fight shiro. before shiro and the lich make sure you dont over aggro take it real slow and yes wiki has a few good tips that dont hurt either. ss necro and maybe a mesmer

It seems like every day someone on alliance can't beat gate of madness, but I find it quite easy.

Looking at the 16 leadership on your build / 9 spear mastery, I'm guessing you're doing something wrong.

Have you runed your heroes?

Actually taking it slow might not be the best thing here. When the rifts keep spawning mobs it can be really discouraging at times. Move from the nearest rift to the next nearest as fast as possible to take them out.

I actually ran this mission months ago. I was a godmode warrior with sabway, obviously the others where the customers and died at the first mob so they could see what I'm doing :P. Follow the wiki's instructions and you should be fine.

This. Most people who have lots of trouble are subject to the "Dunkoro, 6 healing spells and purge conditions" disease.

Put runes on your heroes, make genuine good builds for them (6 healing spells is not a monk build), get them all up to 550+ hp (mine are all at 600+), then try it.

And I ran my build from earlier.
Henchies:Mhenlo, Khim, Cynn, Devona

Didn't have much of a problem here, Zenmai and MoW died once fighting the Shiro'ken, The portal wraith area was easy, no one died there, and Mhenlo and Zenmai died once during the Shiro/Lich fight. Didn't go for masters/bonus though, but eh. beat it.
