I POSTED builds, look back over the last 6 pages. Posting your titles does nothing to impress me, titles are easy to get. I posted builds, people read them. The builds can beat anything, and would beat Rotscale.

That will win. If it doesn't, it's because you are bad at the game.

Mate this is not a build post - its a shot in the dark
Why not post the full build (skill setup for each char slot) may be a bit more help if thats what your trying to do

Go Here.
I used the strategy discussed in this guide to beat Rotty for the vanquish, worked like a charm. No need for big team builds; in fact; you use heroes, which also reduces your chance of failure by reducing the probability of human error. Gogo Olias/Master of Whispers.

[skill]broad head arrow[/skill] And a melee pounding on him is all you need, rest of build doesnt matter much.

If youre using BHA you need 2 of them, and take SQ too because in hardmode the dazing effect does not last long enough.

I said I had a BHA Ranger and an assassin with my own build called 'Dazed Death'.
Dazed Death:
[skill]Beguiling Haze[/skill]
[skill]Critical Defenses[/skill]
[skill]Critical Agility[/skill]
[skill]Golden Lotus Strike[/skill]
[skill]Wild Strike[/skill]
[skill]Death Blossom[/skill]
[skill]Unsuspecting Strike[/skill]
===
For the 8th skill you could use either use a Hard Rezz or Dash.

Bring 1 BHA Ranger, 1 Migrane+Frustration Mesmer and have someone go /Rt for Restoration. The rest can be whatever you want for damage and healing.

You lot are going to just love this!
I had one area left for Tyrian vanquisher - yes, you guessed it - Majesty's Rest. I've read this thread thoroughly, so I had a good idea of what I needed to do, however I thought I'd pop over with the usual Sab's build just to see how the layout was.
2 problems: I forgot to load my BHA build, so I was left with Splinter/Barrage with Ebon Vanguard Assassin, Pain Inverter and Smooth Criminal. Second problem - I left ToA without realising I forgot to select a party of 8, so 3 Necros, Alesia, Stefan and Orion without poor old Thom.
Pinned them all on the bridge, kept running back and forth casting the assassin and PI on the archers until they died, the 2 clerics helpfull came down and died nicely too.
Had one mad dash at the rotting drags, but got wiped pretty damn quick. Went and killed a few tree things, 10 minions and tried again. Mad rush, splintery barrages all over the shop, team wipe again, but only Rotty left.
Quich trip to Mr. Balthazar for some Dp removal, rounded up the stragglers for some minion renewal, then I tried again.
Rushed straight up the stairs, Stefan straight into the fray (bless 'im) and I alternated spamming PI, Assassin and, possibly the key, Smooth Criminal. The latter invariably stole and disabled Deathly Swarm.
2 minutes or so later - one dead Rotscale. What's up with that?
Notice no consumables and Livia at -37%DP. I was a bit dumbfounded to say the least

Rotscale has a huge health base - use that against him.
1 - Grab a tank, stick him upfront to take all the damage
2 - cast as many permanent enchantments on him as possible
3 - use Symbosis
4 - Have the tank take all the damage and use grenth's balance on Rotscale to get a full heal
5 - when Rotscale doesnt take any more damage this way - he's there for the taking
::walks off into the sunset with his Rotscale Recurve Bow::

well, 2 days ago i did it by accident. I was vanquishing Talmarak Wilderness, got it done regardless of those pesky little fire imps. (worse creatues in the whole game). and went on thru to Majestys rest. Didnt realize where i was until I came across the balthazar statue. At that point I thought to myself... there aint no way, but since Im here lets give it a shot.
I had myself (ss necro), ele hench, warriror hench, monk hench, and ranger hench. Heros were MM, protect monk, and 1 other that i cant remember. After a bit of pulling I was actually able to win the day. 2 areas vanquished without a lot of trouble. Suprised the hell out of me. (consumables did help a bit).

Amaziing. Everyone quotes to diss but noone quotes to congratulate. This sir, is an accomplishment and for that, you deserve THE cookie.
*Hands cookie*
I'd like to know if the original poster already beat him with all the suggestions given to this point. Over 3 months passed. :P
EDIT: Didn't know that quoting also showed the pic. Removed it from quote.
