Polymock Stupid
HI all --
Apparently I'm too stupid to master polymock, because even with a gold naga shaman I still lose 3-2 every time against plugg!!!!!!!!!!!
Any helpful advice or comments would be appreciated.
Wyler.

i find polymock is only gd for raising your blood pressure
i did em all once just to get the summons
and in my opinion the summons arent worth the stress and time put into polymock
i mean summon mursaat doesnt even have the mursaat inbread skill Spectral Agony

i find ice imp to be useful for general PvE in clumping mobs together for your eles/necs/mes to do some reliable AoE damage on the go.

Hi. i got past the first annoying little asuras with a gold fire djin polymock piece , but yeah, gold pieces do not help too much either if you don't pay really much attention to what is going on there. I think its the only part in pve that comes close to serious pvp. Just focus.
Oh, and i keep my gold , more powerful pieces last , i mean i start with a white or purple.

Misleading title. I thought you were going to tell us that Polymock is a stupid game (which it is).
Guides are on wiki. Buy a gold cheater piece if you really can't do it.

Because technically summons are asuran tech to imitate the creature it resembles and not the real thing.

lmfao comeon guys polymock is fun, i've beaten it on every toon of mine thus far that has went to eotn. all you have to do is follow the nice guide on wiki about polymock... it tells you which pieces to take and which ones to use against each foe. its not about the summons its just a nice addition of side quests in my opinion. good luck with it mate dont give up.

I actually just finished polymock on my second character (Granted I did use a Gold Gaki piece I got as a drop).
Basic strategy I used is this:
> At the start cast skill 3
> Cast block, then glyph of concentration
> Cast skill 2- this skill (generally) takes the longest to cast, but cant be interrupted due to your glyph.
> Spam skill 1 until either skills 2, 3 or your block are ready. Use glyph of concentration whenever using skill 2.
> Recharge energy as necessary, and, if they have a particularly annoying attack they use against you be sure to interrupt it.
With a gold piece that has 5,000 health you should be able to do okay.

Hmm i got through it with mashing my head on the keyboard - no gold pieces are necessary. Except Hoff the others are just a pushover. The faster you click the better. I tried to be smart and play some tactics - failed miserably. As in the wiki use some skills they mention as soon as they recharge and do not even bother interrupting AI.

Simply, don't get hit with THEIR big spells and make sure YOUR big spells do hit.

Uh, interrupt their spells and protect your big spells?
Most of the cast times are long enough for you to interrupt.
Make sure you have your UI set so that you can see both their cast bar and your skill recharges without having to glance at opposite ends of the screen to make things easier.
I don't remember having too much trouble with it with even just the pieces you get from winning against the other polymock players.

just strafe, any skills such as flare, dancing daggers, stone daggers that fly through the air at you will miss you (as long as you are good as strafing )
best way to do it is walk one way whilst he isnt casting, when he casts, go back the other way with Q and E. sorted.
