Stuck at Ring of Fire
Hiyas, got stuck on that mission ( i am warrior and monk but using mainly warrior skills ). The mission during the imps getting extremely hard cuz the skills Mind Burn ( idk wut is that hex ?!! seems dispel things didnt work or the fast recharge witch gives a big advantage of the foes ). Grind with few heroes ( using 3 of them 2 monks and 1 Dervish + MOX from Nightfall ).
I am wiping very easy the elementalist with Jade Armor in the beginning part cleaning the whole area. But when get to the and trying to engage one by one groups others jump pretty faster. My question is it a chance to prevent Mind Burn or Agony ( both skills is health draining and doing it very fast ) I can upgrade my armor on every piece with 20 + vs elemental damage , but is it necessary or gona waste the gold? Atm Warrior is equip with ele hammer and using only hammer skills for attack. Would like to hear some recommendation
about skills and weapons for it and other way to try it ( didnt tryed to break directly yet in the walls )

Post builds. I think it's a matter of getting better heroes.

Are you using henchmen to fill in the remaining 4 party spots as you mention you are using 3 heroes?

The best way to prevent them is via interupts (thats more a job for your ranger- and mesmer heroes).
But i am wondering if you armor is infused (Agony shouldnt do much damage anymore after infusion)?

Those Imps hit hard. There's also the burning caused by the lava you have to go through if you take the back way around - it slows you down and causes burning. But if you fight your way through the front door (which isn't exactly "easy" - stupid Ether Seals!), you can avoid all that. As for the Spectral Agony that the Mursaat hit you with, if your armor isn't infused it'll hurt big time. If you haven't gotten your armor infused (mouse over your armor in the inventory window to check), you can get that done in the Iron Mines of Moladune mission - just go as far as the seer and follow his/her/its instructions.
And, like GODh said, if you can bring a hero set with interrupts, that will help you out tons.

I herd henchmen aren't infused ever (trololo)
Also to get around Mind Burn (It was recently buffed to rape face mode) take Protective Spirit, flag your heroes into a ball behind and slightly to the left of you, take aggro and then unflag heroes. Should absorb all the damage yourself and be fine.

You heard that wrong:
Quote:
- Heroes are always infused. This is especially helpful when dealing with the Mursaat and Jade constructs before you have had the opportunity to get infused yourself.
- Pets are always infused.
- Henchmen are infused except in the following situations that might involve Mursaat or Jade constructs:
* During Ice Caves of Sorrow.
* During the Iron Mines of Moladune, they are not infused until you bring the Spectral Essence to the Seer.
* In the Frozen Forest and Ice Floe, unless you brought them from Marhan's Grotto or Thunderhead Keep.

If you want to follow that route, bring a Mesmer with panic, a water elementalist with maelstrom and ward against harm, and a ritualist with Shelter, some condition removal and blocks like dissonnance and guardian for the spider arrows.
They make things much easier.
As a warrior, bring a hammer and Dwarver Battle Stance, low cost hammer and melee attacks like 5 energy+low recharge and 4 adrenaline ones plus the hammer attack that hits all adjacent allies, and the sunspear attack. And imp can't hurt you if they can't cast, and along a mesmer using Stolen Speed, and an elementalist with maelstrom, you'll keep them interrupted easily.
Or you can do what I do, forget about the alternate route, and attack the front door.
It takes some time of pulling and recharging health and energy, but once you get used to it, it's way faster and safer than the alternate route.
First you pull the patrols near the seals, then kill the lower seal in the left, recharge, kill the other one, recharge, and then kill the two in the door.
Once the door is open, recharge, pull outside the patrols and kill them, and recharge again.
Then run inside to the right, behind a small group of enemies at the other side of the two seals inside I usually bring "Fall back" and/or incomming for that.
Once inside, kill the enemies you find there.
Then once the enemies inside are taken care of, I go destroy the two remaining seals inside. One at a time, and finally the Eidolon.

Just a few remarks :
1) None of your heroes seems to have runes or insignas on their armors. Adding some will increase their survavibility and the effectivness of their skills.
2) You and your heroes does not have any Elite Skill on your skill bar. Youshould go and capture some (with a capture signet) to increase the overall effectivness of your builds. Look on guild wars wiki to see the available elite skills for each profession and where you can capture them.
Good luck!

You're missing one of the attribute quests; you should have 200 attribute points. Pick up a Hammer Mastery rune for your armor. I'm not sure why you have an axe and focus equipped. I'm going to assume the first screenshot is just a mistake.
Resurrect is one of the worst resurrect skills, and Vengeance isn't very good, either. I'd replace both of your monk heroes with Lina and Mhenlo, or rebuild their bars.
@Calista Blackblood: Look at last screenshot for different attributes.

I am getting the general impression that enough things need improvement.
Better skill builds for u and your heroes (including getting Elite skills).
Putting Runes and Insigs on hero armors.
(Pay attention to the health loss that Major and Superior attribute Runes give!)
Prolly also getting better weapons for your heroes.
If u have EotN, getting the Mesmer hero Gwen isnt that difficult.
A Hammer warrior is...well....less good at doing damage.
An Axe or Sword warrior has skills that hit more that one foe.
So, adding up several or lots small improvements can make a big difference.
Oh yeah, as said check if your armor IS Infused.
And, the Ring of Fire and Abbadon's Mouth mission also have the option to get your armor infused.

Don't listen to these guys; runes and insignias in PvE aren't important. Nor are weapons. All you need is good builds. Enough defense, but not too much. Dedicate one character to healing only, then put some off-hand heals on another character who can also assist in killing. Don't take prots on your own bar as a warrior; roll damage.

this is really sad @HigherMinion
Your advice, for a not so advanced player like the OP, will result in serious party wiping i predict.
Only 1 dedicated healer and 1 other character that has combined heals and damage skills is supposed to be enough to heal the entire party ?!
Perhaps, if indeed the other characters skill build are awesome of uber.
But the OP isnt there yet (by a longshot).

First, go back to nightfall and pick up the ranger and turn her into an SoS rit, put a lot of points into expertise, which makes the rit skill cost almost nothing. Then go to EotN and get the three heroes there for just showing up.
And for deity sake, go back to nightfall and rescue koss, he's been a prisoner of war long enough.

Your armor isn't infused. Go to Iron Mines again, and complete the task given by the Seer. Your screenshots show you have 185 attribute points instead of 200. You are missing one of the attribute point quests. There are 2 of them.
