For anyone doing Assault on the Stronghold and trying to use the res over the wall trick, in order to get it to work 100% of the time use the following route:
Basically go around the back, avoid going near the res point at the start. Once you reach the point my marker is on the map simply take out the left hand charr group as normal, once that is done run to the gate and hug the right hand side.
Once you did you will be res on the other side, works every time.

Never works for me pal, and I prefer not to waste my time and take MY route. Besides going around the back take 30 extra secs, which I sure in the long term makes no difference.

For the Assualt on the Stronghold everytime I start this mission I am under the res shrine, is there so way to start in a different spot? If not, then there is no way for me to do the res trick.

The beginning resurrection shrine for the mission Assault on the Stronghold will now always activate and can no longer be exploited in order to skip the first part of the mission.

How do you do Blood Washes Blood quickly, if you start from Longeyes Ledge you still need to zone back to Jaga Moraine to light the altar, or am I missing another step somewhere?

Run From Longeyes ledge to Jaga moraine and cap the altar. If you go from Sifhalla you have to fight a TON of Spectral vaettirs in hm and its not pretty.
2 min run saves you 30 min of fighting.

Also Bring UB before hand, so you don't have to capture the shrine...

Ok, Bad news.
Attack to the Stronghold has been fixed. You no longer can resurrect inside the fortress from outside the door.
Let's bond the f*cking dinousaur!

I beat eotn in NM, got my 5 quests perma in the book and am now almost at 79k with one full NM book in storage. So, time to switch to HM books - do I need to redo the 5 primary quests in HM to be in or are they in already?

Just to clarify for everyone...I've always questioned whether it's more efficient to complete a percentage of the HM Hero Book, or to finish it. Using the stated timings at the beginning of this guide, and comparing those to my own, it is "always" most efficient to complete the entire book, than a portion.
I would post an excel spreadsheet to clarify, but I'm lazy.
But, for an example... If you were to complete the six fastest quests, all those that are near, or under 15 minutes, you would roughly make 189 rep points for every minute you spent completing those quests.
This is a decent amount of points, however in comparing that figure to the completed quest book, and the extremely more profitable "longer" quests (in terms of rep points)...With a completed book, you get upwards of 200 rep points for every minute spent.
So, although some quests take longer than 20 minutes, the added bonus reputation points far exceed the favor of less time required.

well see groups always appear no matter how you do it. Just if you clear around the back there are less groups. The fastest way for me, a warrior, is by flagging my sabway necros on the left side, and my henchmen ( fire ele, 2 monks, warrior) on the right side. If you need help dont hesitate to ask as Ill prolly start doing those in a bit.
