Well you have problems with Warrior / monks, the only answer i have roll your class the other way around and they will run from u.

just take a look what a Warrior/Monk does...
most of them.. use Melee attacks and heal.
simply stop their casting by either interrupting or draining their energy and try and fight them ranged.
Warrior/Monks are Melee based.. don't try to fight them that way.. than you're worst off..

Wa/Mo tends to rely on enchantments (as mentioned, even smiting versions generally use enchantments) and necromancers have good enchantment removal. Coupled with the ability to reduce attack damage and attack speed the necromancer is a good counter to a warrior/monk - if you think of Mesmers as being good anti-casters with reasonable anti-physical then Necromancers are anti-physical with reasonable anti-caster.
