Default Stacking Debuffs

Lately there has been much conversation about the monk and healing prayers. Basically the problem people have is that they have too much healing power when there are 2-4 monks on a team. The natural answer is the disrupter (ie. mesmer), however as many knowledgeable people have pointed out a mesmer can only temporally shut down a single caster with much effect. So, some other means of combating healing must be present, which brings me to this question: if stacking Lingering Cures (Necromancer: Curses), Defile Flesh (Necromancer: Curses), and Deep Wound (Condition) would reduce healing to under 10% of the initial heal.

Knowledgable ? From what I've read and heard, a mesmer left on his own can shut down several casters permanently. Either by increasing their cast times 2-4 fold, OR by depleting their mana to zero. Interupting is an option, but that IS only temporary. However that doesn't answer your question, which I am also interested in, which is how much do different debuffs stack.
