It's with a heavy heart that I must inform you that this site, Guild Wars Guru, will be shutting down on July 1st and will remain in Archive Mode. Over the past 11 years, we've become, and continued to remain, the #1 fansite for Guild Wars, and it's all because to you guys. Without such a strong and passionate community, Guru would have never made it this far and so we thank you for that.

And while we will be saying good-bye to our home here, we will continue to host forums for the GW community over at our sister site, Guild Wars 2 Guru. In fact, you are more than welcome to head on over now and begin posting. If you have any threads you'd like to transfer over, now would be the time.

Z-Shinrei Frost Gate Guardian Join Date: May 2005 Location: USA Profession: E/	Shatter Hex on enemies? I am a E/Me and am a hydromancer (one of the few lol). A lot of water spells are actually hexes, so would it be possible to cast shatter hex on an enemy in order to deal extra damage? Thanx in advance.

sadrobot Frost Gate Guardian Join Date: May 2005 Location: Georgia, USA Guild: Hate Crimes Profession: N/W	this spell is definatly for those who like to micro. i never liked it because i would rather focus on the enemy that i am nuking / stopping than looking at the colored arrows on my teammates

Twilight Doll Frost Gate Guardian Join Date: May 2005	I like shatter hex, because the tanks that run in first tend to get hexed. Shatter hex is an AoE spell and if there's a grip of people fighting near the hexed one often killed the nearby or scared them off running.. I have 16 attribute points in domination including superior domination rune and it does 148 dmg.

DavisMarkin Pre-Searing Cadet Join Date: May 2005	I think you're thinking of Shatter Delusions, and that only works for Mesmer Hexes, not Elementalist ones. Also, what everyone else said, Shatter Hex is ally only, so if that's what you were thinking of, well, you'd have to be pretty quick to use that effectively.
