Pet Ranger
Ok the main point of this build is to make the pet as much of a menace as possible. You can get a really nice DPS with this character that is maintainable the whole fight through use of expertise and ferocious strike.
Ferocious Strike - Pet Attack
Your animal companion attempts a Ferocious Strike that deals +13-25 damage. If that attack hits, you gain adrenaline and 3-9 energy.
Call of Haste - Shout
For 30 seconds, your animal companions have 25% faster attack speed, and move 33% faster than normal.
Comfort Animal - Skill
You heal your animal companion for 20-87 points. If your animal companion is dead, it is resurrected with 10-48% health, and all your skills are disabled for 8 seconds.
Charm Animal - Skill
Charm target animal. Once charmed, your animal companion will travel with you whenever you have Charm Animal equipped.
Disrupting Lunge - Pet Attack
Your animal companion attempts a Disrupting Lunge that deals +1-10 damage. If that attack strikes a foe using a skill that skill is interrupted and is disabled for an additional 20 seconds.
Call of Brutality
Description: For the next 30 seconds, attacks by your animal companions have base 5%-50% armor penetration and deal 1-12 more damage.
Quickening Zephyr - Nature Ritual
Create a level 1-8 Spirit. For creatures within its range, all skills recharge twice as fast as normal and require 30% more energy to cast. This Spirit dies after 30-126 seconds.
Weaken Armor - Hex Spell
For 10-34 seconds, target foe has a -20 armor penalty against physical damage.
All of this allows you to hit a DPS of 74 DPS vs 60al armor and 52 DPS vs a warrior with 100al armor.

You have an outdated list of skills, where do you see Call of Brutality? They eliminated most of the calls with retail. What do you do while your pet is attacking? IMO one of the best things about the pet attacks is that they can be used WHILE you are using skills, so that you can be in the middle of casting a spell, and you can STILL interrupt a skill with disrupting lunge. The Quickening Zephyr won't make you popular, it might hurt the rest of your team more than it helps, and you will be very vulnerable with no self heals, no defensive stance/throw dirt/etc... and attacking with a base weapon (a wand using curses? as you don't have marksmanship?). I think it's a neat idea, and I too am working on a pet based build, but it isn't feasible that way (and it's too bad they removed Call of Brutality, it would be awesome )
