Is the skill Balthazar's Spirit effected at all by the level of your smiting prayers?

i have used it and i have seen nothing to indicate that it is any more effective with points in smiting.

Alright, I am having a hell of a time getting a warrior build that works in PVP. I can build a build that doesn't die, but not one that can kill anything. IS THERE a w/mo that kills stuff well, or do I have to change my secondary to get a decent damage rating?

Try putting your points into smiting. Strength of Honor and/or Judge's Insight can boost your damage.
