Just take lots of rituals/traps, and he goes off casting them all while you are free to kick his but ^^ let us know how you get through.

I equiped 8 nature rituals, and refunded a bunch of my points into marksmenship, then killed him with a bow while he did 8 nature rituals. All the while he was buffing me too.

I play a Monk/Elementalist, and I beat my mirror the 2nd time by using Reversal of Fortune and Ice Spear. It took about 2-3 minutes to whittle him down, but it wasn't terribly difficult. You just have to watch for when he casts Reversal, and make sure you hit him with your weak hitting wand/staff, then cast your DD.
You could do the same thing just with a couple Smite skills, like Banish and Bane Signet. And Symbol of Wrath maybe.
I didn't realize the mirror wouldn't/couldn't use Healing Breeze... that is certainly a better tactic than equipping Reversal of Fortune if it's true. If not, I'd stick with Reversal of Fortune. The Mirror will hit you hard every attack... you'll have a weak attack that you can use (wand/staff) whenever you see him cast RoF.
The mirror also doesn't seem to match your attribute point distribution. I equipped some Fire skills where I had no points invested, and he was hitting me as if I had 12 Fire. Also, he doesn't seem to get the passive benefit of your primary attribute, as he wasn't gaining ~38 health every time he cast Reversal of Fortune. Just make sure you don't equip Divine Boon... my first fight with my mirror would've been indefinite if I hadn't just let him kill me, because he was getting a 61 point self heal every time he cast RoF.

I'm a R/Mo (about the same) ... I unequipped all skills except healing breeze and equipped a second weapon set (sword and shield).
I started the battle with the sword and shield so the mirror image would do as well. Then I switched to weapon set one being the bow.
He never switched back to bow and only took like 3-5 damage everytime he hit me. I used healing breeze to counter this. Keep in mind whatever skills you have the mirror has as well. If you don't have any then he doesn't.
Hope this helps.

For a monk retribution + healing breeze = easy win
Don't be afraid to cast healing breeze on yourself for just the divine favor bonus...
I actually made a movie of it, I just need to find a good host...
