Healing Hands can be obtained from Rull Browbeater in Perdition Rock. He's usually not far from the mursaat tower outside Ember Light Camp. As for 100 blades; I obtained it from Gorgaath Hatemonger in the breach, but i've been told since that you can't get it anymore. The harder (and definite) option is to get it from Undead Prince Rurik at the Ring of Fire. Happy hunting.

Yeah, it's hell's precipice, not ring of fire, and if you're going skill hunting, bring two SoCs, cause you can get eviscerate there too, another nice move that you won't want to go back for.
