Do Justice's Insight + Strength AC penetration modifiers stack?
I hope someone can help to clarify this question. Im a W/Mo class, and wondering if i use Justice Insight (20% armour pen) with my strength attribute (lvl 10) for melee attacks, the armour pen stacks up, so i get a whooping 30% armour pen?

yeah..... i used this in a muck about build a while back, and used battle rage to spam penetrating blow from axe to build up 80% ap. however, they lowered its ap rating a bit after and made it do a bit more damage

as already mentioned, yes they stack
from my experiments(sorry no logs) The dmg of the hammer, reached a higher DPS, than an Axe further modified by axe skill ap debuff. |
