PvP through PvE
Ok I want to make a PvP character but I don't really want to spend the time going through all of the game again to unlock the skills and such for my new character. So since I want to make a Me/N could I just change my secondary class on my W/Mo to mesmer, then necro, and then back to monk?

yes, but it would take you thrice as much since the skills you need you would need to buy wiht skill points and I doubt you have enough. But yes you can - which doesn't mean it's worth it.

They are working on a new version of PvP. It should be streaming by the end of the week. It should address the grind problem most have with PvP characters. I feel the same way. Going through the storyline agin just to play PvP sucks. This new system shows a lot of promise

Well I'll only have to unlock 8 skills
My main concern was whether or not I'd be able to switch to mesmer then necromancer then monk.

Yah, just wait until the new update comes out for PvP, most likely on Wednesday. It should allow you to play in PvP without the need of playing through PvE.

yes, you can switch back and forth, just have to do that quest each time you want to switch back to a class.

You only need to do each quest one time. After you complete it you can go back to any one of the secondary profession change NPC quest givers and switch. Just choose the "Make me a...." option and then accept.
