Weapons, shields, off-hand items, gladiators armor, and probably some other ways that I can't remember.

Your energy does not increase due to your level, that holds true for every class. If you're looking for more energy, I suggest using glad's armor.

Using the energy to finish off a target or to give a lasting damage enchantment is usually the way to go for a w/e. Having a large pool to chain use spells over 10 energy will have you waiting around longer than an elementalist for the mana to come back after its used. Energy glyphs help ease the bite of the spells, but end up being really taxing on the skill bar for options.

Not necessarily. The primary warrior that wants to use a lot of energy based skills has two things to overcome, the mana pool size and the mana regen rate. Gladiator's armor and a focus will get the mana pool into the 35-40 range, and the regen problem can be dealt with using skills like Bonetti's Defense, Balthazar's Spirit, and others. Not to mention the popular Zealous weapon upgrade.

Find yourself a nice focus item in the element you're specializing in at the moment. The highest end ones will give you +12 max energy, and with gladiator's set, that's another 7(?)

I also recommend a zealous weapon upgrade. Get at least a +2 zealous, otherwise it won't be very efficient.

The only problem is that Gladiator's armor looks SOOOO horrible... I really wish they would have some other options.. I am close to changing my armor because of the looks.. but I need the energy.

Talking about a w/e not a w/mo, which makes the likelyhood of a full monk using balthazar's spirit very poor. Bonetti's defense would be useful in pve, but not so much in pvp for energy regen. As with zealous weapons and warrior's endurance, he still must strike in melee combat regularly in order to get any benefit from it, which has the pitfall of blindness and other standard warrior issues that he cant counter as a w/e. Self generated augmentations and spells to spike damage as needed is generally the better route for that setup.

There is no +2 Zealous upgrade. But yes, the +1 is very nice for sword/axe users. You should be attacking around once a second, which means you gain 3 energy every 3 seconds. -1 degen causes you to lose 1 energy every 3 seconds, so the net effect is 2 more pips of energy regen.

If one is a sword warrior and is dead set on getting a boost to energy, there's a crafter (much later in the game) at the Henge of Denravi who'll make a sword with +5 to energy for you. The damage is a little below par for the end-game, but it may be worth it...

I agree there... When I had Gladiator Armor I swear I looked like one of the "Village People". Now I only have the Gladiator Gauntlets and Helm since I have upgraded at Drokar's Forge.
