It is clearly not an exploit in the sense that it should be punishable, as that would stand against any kind of innovative and creative character design which the diverse skill set and interactions seem otherwise to foster. Guild Wars, however, approaches many CCG's (most notably Magic the Gathering, I believe) for these same reasons, and so it is unreasonable to assume that things will never get out of hand (for example, though it has been years since a deck has been uncounterable in MtG, many changes to the game have been necessary because otherwise the environment is forced to either utilize the abusable interaction or to play with the primary focus of defeating it).
As such, I believe that this interaction is something that deserves at least some scrutiny (as it is fairly safe to say that however powerful current builds are they could be tuned to be far harder to beat). Regardless of its power level, as a general rule builds which can do what they do despite any amount of countering need to be watched. Out of curiosity, does anyone have hard numbers on Bone Fiends damage / life / AL, or could someone point me to where to acquire such numbers? Though I have a general feel for how unstoppable a 30 Bone Fiend mob is (or at least I can extrapolate from the power of a 5 Bone Fiend mob) I do not have the means to make a quantative assessment of its power.
