Default How does a W/E deal with blind?

For a W/E, blind is very annoying because he cannot remove the condition. How do you guys deal with it? I guess monk can purge condition, but what if he is busy and you need to do some fast damage.

Does irresistable blow work when you are blind? If it does, you can do irresistable blow + aftershock to get some fast damage done.

I just want other people's input.

Thanks

Yah thats what I do, thats why I think it is wise to bring obsidian flame. For about 100ish damage for 5 mana isnt so bad. Although the exhausion is!

Also I ctrl + click on blind hoping the monk could see it and purge condition me.

Real question is there, does it only work if you have said item already equipped or if its retro-active if you switch to said weapon. Also, what is the actual time decrease percentage? It would be kinda pointless if the reduction didnt cut the time down enough to beat out the refresh timer of the blind used.

take it off by screaming at the monk in your party to use mend ailment on you, make sure your group is on ventrilo or TS before you engage in screaming, it makes it more fun :P

Some screwing around in the desert with Sand elementals and watching the warrior next to me indicate that it reduces it by roughly 25% and that it does work retroactivley.

Not a "the solution" by a long shot but every little bit helps.

Key, key, key. All of us monks, regardless if we're pure healing, protection, smiting or even some secondaries, will always have a mending skill equipped because we hate being blind, poisoned, bleeding, crippled, etc. too. Only thing is, you'll have to let us know you're blind. We just can't see that.

The other problem is that monks also tend to keep themselves alive first, then worry about everyone else. If they are focusing on the warrior, then it would free up the monk's resources to fix a warrior, but that isnt the norm.

Conditions show up as a light brown downwards arrow on the life bars. Now, a condition on a warrior is most likely blind, cripple or weakness, all of which totally screw warriors over, so you should mend condition as soon as possible. Don't bother so much with keeping yourself alive, many monk spells work on target other ally, making it easier for monks to heal other people as opposed to themselves.
Mend Condition at a decent protection prayers, heals for about as much as orison for the same cost. You really should remove conditions on sight.

Bleeding and poison are easy to spot. Typically blind shows up (on my display) as an arrow that closely resembles the red bar and health never changes. If I remember to PS the gamma up a little beforehand, no problem, but if I forget, it's easy to miss.

Run, I'm E/Me so I do blind. Typically the Warriors continue their assault but the other ones run or start healing themselves until the blindness wears off.

JUST REALIZED THAT MENDING CONSTANTLY TAKES ENERGY!
