Default Fascinating...

I recently purchased a decent flatbow for 15k so I could be cool with 2 weapon sets, it seems to be outdamaging ym longbow by a significant amount.
I noticed that when killing crap in northen wall mission with noobs, i was doing around 105 on an average hit (no skills) with longbow, and 143 with flatbow.
They are both max damage, both have +13% when health above 50% and both are customized.
Now, rangers get damage bonus from hieght, yes? I figure, flatbows are faster, but arrows have higher trajectory. Perhaps the higher trajectory is giving it a height bonus?

(longbow req is 8, flatbow is 9, I have 14 marks)

There should be no damage bonus between the two bows that your using. And I think terrain height only affects range, not damage. Any difference is just due to luck, or that your fighting different enemies.
