Health Degen Char.
I've been thinking of a new team build but I won't say specifics. I was just wondering what you guys though would make the best/most efficient health degen class combo. Giving the most degen to the most chars. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes I was a N/Me. I was wondering what skills I should use. I'd rather not spend alot of faction/skill points on usless skills.

If you want an elite you might want to go with Tainted flesh {E}
I've made a R/N build with apply poison, tainted flesh {E}, Rotten flesh
which is kinda deadly in PvP Competition Arena and Team Arena. I didn't tried this in HoH since keeping TF on 8 players constantly is a lil hard but if you can get 2 or 3 N keeping it up it might work well; Considering that the other teams doesn't have infinite Condition remover lol...like martyr.
Edit: oh and maybe it could work even better with a mes casting fevered dreams {E} to spread poison faster or to prevent a monk from "absorbing" every one's conditions with martyr if you can figure out who it is.

Well, right now I'm running Tainted, rotting flesh, suffering, and conjure phantasm. And we have a ranger giving everyone poison.

The problem with degen is that you can only get 9 ticks on someone. A ranger tabbing poison gets the job done for the most part if you can put a minor hex on every-so-often =)

Thought 10 degen was most.

Neither will I.
If your build is so oh-so important and secret, you can't expect people to understand it and much less make it for you.

I said what I needed to. All I want is some advice on making the best skill set for keeping as many enemies at -10 degen as possible.

a war/mes is a very good hp degen.
hit them with sever artery, cast phantasm, then gash.
it will give you about 8 degen with 2 very simple skills. gash reduces there life just to make the hp degen faster. works for me well.
besides illusionary weapon is fun

I'd imagine the best team degen (for team arena, not tombs) combo would be 4 R/W's with apply poison + sever artery wearing the right armor and slamming down greater conflag/winter.

Id advise you to not use conditions. Its not the most convenient of things to accomplish, but conditions have very spammable counters, whereas hexes are a bit trickier. How about:
Me/N
Illusion: 12+3
Inspiration: 9+1
Blood: 9
Conjure Phantasm
Migraine / Crippling Anguish [e]'s
Phantom Pain
Life Siphon
Energy Tap
Power Drain
Drain Enchantment
Mantra of Persistance
Phantasm, one of the [e]'s, and phantom pain/ life siphon keeps the -10 on always. Use the inspiration to keep the energy up, and recast as required. Whatsmore, anguish or migraine also acts as a snare/shutdown to a limited extent, and you get a bit of regen yourself.
Dont use Life Trasfer.
Whatsmore, your basing this around 4 hexes, which are all the more problematic to remove. With the added bonus of a deep wound and extended duration from the mantra. However, with natures renewal hanging around youll have to watch yourself.

Well, I'd rather like to keep disease, since its an easy -4 ticks to multiple targets. And their martyr is going to be disabled 100% of the time.
I'm using putrid, conjure phant, rotting flesh, tainted, energy tap, inspired hex, mantra of persistence, and res sig. We also have a ranger trying to poison as many as he can.
