put domination up to 16 and equip shatter hex this does 148 damage, then head north of lions arch to the place where you collect the orrian tablets (by the beach) there are around 15 clay golems and 5 mergoyles grouped together. let the mergoyles hex you with spirit shackles and then group all the golems around you, cast shatter hex and bam.
15 x 148 = a lot of damage

I've pulled off some damage totals like that to with Meteor shower or Fire storm with my E/Mo. It feels pretty good heh.

Strength of Honor (from a monk with 16 smite) + Judge's Insight + 16 Strength + 16 Hammer Mastery + Mighty Blow + Weaken Armor + Barbs (from necro with 16 curse)+ Customized sundering max hammer of hammer mastery +20%<50% with you <50% hp to a necro wearing necrotic is around 400, depending on if you get a crit and extra armor penetration from sundering and get the +1 hammer mastery all at the same time.
Now THAT's single target damage without using AoE's and counting hitting lots of people.
EDIT: Tell me if I'm missing any skills to make it stronger. I've done this a few times, I should go get a pic.
EDIT2: I guess winnowing could make it 4 points stronger >_>

No, winnowing is physical dmg only and JI makes it holy

When I did the dragon's lair mission with my R/Ne
I captured Grenth's Balance from the necro dragon
and used it on the next boss, i think the warrior dragon and did 600+ dmg on it
single shot :P

Yeah you can get 2 skills at over 16. Use a +1 chance to attribute enough times and it will work and can be done. And Awaken the blood increases attribute levels on to attributes by 2 points. The real problem is that it requires 3 classes.
And I don't think that he was reffering to a solo run. This was max damage in 1 attack with all the other characters on his team helping him with stuff like Judges Insight.

I know he wasnt since its says that he is getting 2 things from 2 different ppl and ya ok you can get loads of attrs over 16 if you are going to say that a maximum 20% chance is actually having an attr at 16. I dont consider something that works 1 in 5 as having it that way. Why because its an unreliable source. Now as for Awaken the blood that is a spell that you can and therefore have paid something for its benefit to be there when you can calculate in its use. But you will have a hard time making a build that works off of anything or everything only working 20% of the time.

Yeah I'm not talking about one person doing all this themself. Oh yeah, and I guess I can't have 2 attributes at 16, so 16 hammer, 15 strength :P

Damage is affected by armor of the monsters you are fighting if you want a stupid non-edited screenshot with ridiculous dmg, gather together about 20 charr (maybe from the wall quest?), cast glyph of elemental power to bring you up to 18 fire, and shoot phoenix. My L16 phoenix does about 400 to a charr so you'd possibly get 8K+

hmm 1 guestion can ranger/monk to do lvl 300+ dmg and if ranger/monk can do lvl 300+ so how whtah skills i need to use thtah i can do lvl 300+ dmg for single shot? and where u got thath skill which one hits 13+ for two arrows if they hit? and i can do 100 dmg for mergoyle and my guy is lvl 20 so whath i need to do?

Imho this thread is a kind of: LOOK I GOT THE BIGGEST ONE
Pull 20 of the Spiders in the desert use earthquake and then aftershock (then screen shoot) and u will have the biggest one.

If I remember correctly with my elementalist you could hit those hellhound skeleton dogs things for near 400 with just a fireball. That's only one of them, too.
