Using TF and a short bow, I was only able to maintain Barrage -> Other attack consistently. There is a *slight* delay between Barrage recharge and shortbow's refire under TF. If you hit Barrage immediately after it recharges, you've already "pulled back" on the bow, so you waste some time "pulling back" again for another Barrage.

Thanks, is it possible to keep barrage spam up with a 2.4/2.5sec (depending on where you look for data) refire rate bow such as a composite bow then please?
And if not does moving to a horn bow (2.7sec) allow you to?

Once you're done attack, you start attacking again. When you use barrage, you restart the attack I believe. So that 1 sec recharge isn't 'used' up if you're using barrage every time, it's adding 1 sec to your attack.

That depends upon your timing. And this applies to warriors too, but slightly different. If you hit the skill as you loose an arrow, it can be charged as you pull for the next shot. This also makes it much harder to interupt.
With a warrior, if you hit the skill as you start a swing, your toon will continue the swing, and start the skill on the next swing -- but the enemy will be notified of the skill as soon as you hit the button. As a Warrior or Ranger with the quick-cast skills (less than a second or so) timing is everything. I can interupt a badly timed 0 second Warrior skill easily.
