He means 3 warriors walking around with eviscerate is asinine.
Battlerage has better dps, and can be used while running. The frenzy spiker is better in an optimal situation, a situation the other team doesn't really allow very often. So I'd rather have the battlerager doing consistent better dps, since that's what I consider the warrior strength.

In the time it takes a frenzy spiker to do eviscerate 2x, the battle rager has done exe strike and penetrating blow several times.
In the time it takes a Frenzy Spiker to die to 3 lightning orbs/strikes, the Battle Rager is still going...
Battle Rage has it's strengths and weaknesses, so does Eviscerate. I've run both skills and I find that doing several adrenaline skills at normal attack speed [and beyond full run speed] for a looong period of time is a lot better than getting kited and not going anywhere.
Fact that it's free [no energy] and the ad. cost is low [lowest of the low], I think it's fine as an elite. And since axe skills need more adrenaline than ANY other weapon line, I see BR and axe working out better than BR and anything else... [come on, why would a weapon line with more than one energy based attack even want BR? ^_^]
