Hex Build under NR
Trying to devise a degen/slow/e-drain build that works under NR and I'm missing a crucial piece of information.
How fast can someone spam NR? If they can put one out every 3 seconds I might as well forget it, 7 seconds then still probably not worth it, 10+ seconds and it might be worth doing. If you're curious about the build, pm. |

1 ranger with oath shot can drop it about every 10 seconds. What gets into trouble is when teams have 1-2 other people who are ranger secondary JUST to drop extra NR's when they need to clear the field of hex/enchants.

5 second cast time, but a sixty second recharge. A skill like Oath Shot would instantly recharge it though, so someone who felt so inclined could probably fire them off less than 10 seconds apart. And if you were up against a team where multiple people had the skill. . . Well they could build a never-ending wall of them.
