Well Im thinking of doing an R/E with these skills :

Conjure fire
Barrage - for lots of enemies
Pin down - for keeping enemies away from me and my team-mates
Dual shot
Tigers fury
Favorable winds

However , I cant think of the last two , maybe kindle arrows + debiliring shot ? Or glyph of lesser energy + mark of rodgort ?

Ive been using kindle arrows from the time I made my first ranges so , this going to be a change , is worth it ?

Replace Barrage with Oath Shot, sub in Energising Winds somewhere and then add glyph of sacrifice and meteor shower!!!!

personally i think distracting shot has a place in almost every ranger build.

kindle arrows with conjure flame is definetly an idea, although keep in mind that barrage removes preparations when you use it, so be careful not to mix kindle arrows and barrage.

the mark of rodgert would be interesting, although i would probably use incendiary arrows instead.

you seem to forget that you need a res sig, so that will usually eat up 1 more spot.

and as to wether its worth it, ofcourse it is. its never interesting to go with the same old build all the time. its fun to branch out, and even if you do screw up, well hey, join the club.

Ressurection Signet. You know...that thing the monk outside Ascalon back in pre-Searing??

I am assuming your build is for PvP? Then you are better off running an interrupt/denial ranger or.....a spirit spammer. Your average DPS won't be better than a warrior or ele...so utilize your ranger with more effective skills.

I know it's horribly off topic, but since this is the only record I've found of this idea outside my testing, for the record: it works.

7 of these plus a Charge/Sprint warrior result in a dead Guild Lord in approximately 3-5 seconds depending on how many healers the opposition leaves behind to stop you; it's not possible to rescue the GL with only 3 monks. On the off chance that you got to HoH, you'd kill the team on the altar, period.

Of course, having 20 exhaustion and a bunch of otherwise lame skills on a ranger doesn't bode well for your immediate future; as such the build is relegated to the 'useless except for ganking' pile and remains unused to this day.
